Television The German TV channel RTL 2 plans to open a program window in Switzerland in the spring. This was announced by Managing Director Josef Andorfer at the "screen-up", where the window will broadcast Swiss content and be marketed by IP Multimedia. RTL 2 is currently awaiting approval from the Hesse State Media Authority, where the channel has applied for a license. Whether approval from the German side will be sufficient is disputed.
