Rotpunkt employee magazine appears in new freshness
The employee magazine of Rotpunkt Apotheken appears in a new design: Studio Marcus Kraft and Rainer Brenner focus on a handy format and a modern, simple language.
The cover alone should show: The employee magazine InTeam speaks directly and without frills. "Instead of long stories and complicated histories, we focus on exciting news, short interviews and articles," explains Sandra Ljubisavljevic, who is responsible for the project. In contrast to the previous format, the magazine appears in a handy A5 format and a modern design.
"You look at an employee magazine during your coffee break or on your way home. You don't want to spend hours on it, but quickly and easily connect with the group and other employees," says art director and designer Marcus Kraft. Together with Rainer Brenner, he revised the magazine from A to Z over a period of three months. "With the many small sections, we have deliberately limited ourselves in terms of content: We communicate in a small space and thus limit ourselves to the essentials. This gives the magazine a whole new lightness," says Rainer Brenner. The magazine is published three times a year, with the cover color varying depending on the season. Interview and news sections introduce employees and pharmacies, while the two-page main article in the center of the magazine focuses on a particular topic, always in connection with the pharmacy or professional environment.
Communication at eye level
Studio Marcus Kraft and Rainer Brenner have been responsible for the Rotpunkt Apotheken youth magazine "Hä?" together for over ten years. "We have been accompanying the grouping very closely for a long time - and sometimes feel almost like employees ourselves. We are all the more pleased that we are now also jointly in charge of this project," says a delighted Marcus Kraft.
The Rotpunkt Group was founded 20 years ago. It now comprises over 100 independent pharmacies throughout Switzerland. "We are not a pharmacy chain," emphasizes Sandra Ljubisavljevic, "so the individual members all communicate at eye level and as independent businesses. This aspect also comes into play in the magazine."
