Television The German TV group ProSieben Sat 1 is taking over Euvia Media, buying the interests of HOT Networks (48.6%) and Euvia boss Christiane zu Salm (3%) for a net 115 million euros. ProSieben Sat 1 already held a 48.4 percent stake in the company, which operates the quiz channel Neun Live and Sonnenklar TV.
