PR/TICULAR Launches TRANSP/RENCY for Crisis Communication
The international PR and communications agency PR/TICULAR is expanding its services with the launch of TRANSP/RENCY, a new agency focused exclusively on strategic corporate and crisis communications. The new unit is aimed at companies, institutions, and leaders who rely on clarity, credibility, and trust during critical moments.
Katja Grauwiler Takes the Helm at TRANSP/RENCY
Katja Grauwiler is taking over as Managing Partner of TRANSP/RENCY. According to her, she brings many years of experience in international corporate and crisis communications and is tasked with strategically positioning the new agency and leading it over the long term. «TRANSP/RENCY was founded on the conviction that effective communication goes far beyond mere visibility. Especially in challenging situations, strategic sensitivity, precise assessment, and the ability to remain credible even under pressure are essential,» said Grauwiler.

Grauwiler will continue to serve in her current role as CEO Switzerland of PR/TICULAR. According to the announcement, the group’s management structure will remain stable for the time being: Gabrielle Moussafir will continue to lead the Zurich office, Sarah Klein will take over management of the Lausanne office, and Deborah Neufeld will remain in charge of PR/TICULAR Germany.
Nicolas Rossé Brings TV Expertise to TRANSP/RENCY Crisis Communications
Grauwiler will be supported by Nicolas Rossé, who will serve as a senior partner at the Lausanne office. The experienced Swiss TV journalist has shaped the national TV landscape for many years, covering key economic developments—from upheavals in the financial, pharmaceutical, transportation, and watch industries to the crises at major traditional companies such as Kuoni, Swissair, and Credit Suisse. His expertise in corporate, financial, and crisis communications, strategic positioning, and media and public speaking skills is expected to strengthen TRANSP/RENCY’s service offerings, particularly in French-speaking Switzerland.

Strategic Development of the PR/TICULAR Group
Lucy Tallo, Founder & President of the PR/TICULAR Group, attributes this move to the changing communications landscape: «The demands placed on corporate communications have fundamentally changed. Today, companies are under constant scrutiny and operate in an environment characterized by dynamism, sensitivity, and intense public attention.» With TRANSP/RENCY, the company is creating a specialized platform for sophisticated corporate and crisis communications—with an international perspective and strategic precision.
As Founder & President of the PR/TICULAR Group, Tallo will continue to oversee strategic development in Switzerland, Germany, and Eastern Europe, with a focus on international expansion, agency collaboration, and joint growth strategies.

With the founding of TRANSP/RENCY, PR/TICULAR says it is underscoring its commitment to specialized consulting, operational excellence, and international networking within the agency group. More information about the new agency is available at: https://www.transp-rency.com
