Post explains DM online

Under the title "DirectPoint", Swiss Post now offers tips, tools and services relating to direct marketing (DM) on its website in addition to its own services. Under the heading "Process", visitors are guided step by step through the DM process. The "Service providers" section contains a directory of Swiss DM providers. DM is an important source of revenue for Swiss Post. Around 60 percent of all letters are currently sent with a DM background, writes Swiss Post in a press release.
