"Poster of the year" is discontinued

Awards The Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA) and the APG have stopped the "Poster of the Year" competition, stating that the organizers' expectations could not be met even after the relaunch in 2002. Interest in a competition based on artistic criteria had waned in the advertising industry. The FDHA and APG are now each considering their own measures to promote poster design in Switzerland.
