NZZ Media Group relies on Xentive
Xentive has added the NZZ Media Group to its client roster. Following Publicitas, this marks another major media company opting for Mediaspectrum’s system solution and highly automated ad processing.
In future, the NZZ Media Group will outsource its ad management system and certain back-office services to Xentive and use Mediaspectrum's leading technology for multi-channel advertising. The NZZ Media Group will migrate to the new system in 2015. The implementation will seamlessly link sales, production, processing and billing of multi-channel advertising solutions on a single platform, thereby massively increasing automation.
After Publicitas, which will use the system worldwide from 2014, the NZZ Media Group in Switzerland is the second major media company to opt for this software and for Xentive as its BPO partner. Christian Rohrbach, CEO Xentive: "We are delighted to have won the NZZ media group for our system solution. We are convinced that our service offering will significantly optimize operating costs in the area of advertising management."
Publigroupe announced on July 12, 2013 that it is selling 51% of Xentive to Boston-based Mediaspectrum, which provides software solutions for the management of multi-channel advertising sales, production and content management (Werbewoche.ch reported). The sale is subject to approval by the Swiss Competition Commission (ComCo).
Xentive's business process outsourcing services will in future be based on the new Mediaspectrum platform. By using Xentive's services, media companies can easily switch to an established and proven platform for ad management without having to make significant investments or incur maintenance and development costs, according to the press release.
