NZZ founds company for new press network

Daily press The Neue Zürcher Zeitung has founded a company for the services it wants to offer Swiss regional newspapers. Former Bund publishing director J. Pepe Wiss will take over the management of FPH Services AG. The offer includes the online article exchange system Pressenetz, which is currently being tested. In addition to the Bund, St. Galler Tagblatt, Neue Luzerner Zeitung and Werdenberger & Obertoggenburger from the NZZ Group, the Berner Zeitung, Thurgauer Zeitung, Schaffhauser Nachrichten and Zürcher Oberländer are also participating.
