New brand umbrella Mibelle Group
The Migros companies Mibelle AG, Mifa AG, and Mibelle Ltd—three manufacturing facilities within Migros’ M-Industrie division—will now operate under the joint brand name Mibelle Group, effective immediately.
With this new unified brand identity, the three companies would combine their strengths into one group of companies, positioning themselves as the number three in the European private label market, according to a statement on Monday.
Mibelle AG, Mifa AG and Mibelle Ltd., which emerged in 2010 from the acquisition of a majority stake in the British company Hallam Beauty Ltd., operate under the single brand umbrella of the Mibelle Group in the fields of personal care, home care, nutrition and biochemistry.
