New customer magazines for ÖKK

The insurance company ÖKK has revised its customer magazine. The project-related joint venture between Denon Allmedia Corporate Publishing and Dieziger Corporate Communications is now responsible for the concept, design and text.

Two magazines now address private and corporate customers separately - with regional split editions. The content focuses on customer needs, while the design is geared towards modern reading habits. "The customer magazine is an important positioning tool for us," says Editor-in-Chief Reto Frick. Customer proximity is not just lip service, but was the decisive factor in ÖKK choosing Denon Allmedia Corporate Publishing and Dieziger Corporate Communications in the two-stage tendering process.

Regional split expenditure

To emphasize the proximity to customers - ÖKK has a network of 38 agencies in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino - there are split editions of both "Clever" (Italian: "Pronto") and "Dossier". In addition to editorials tailored to the region, ÖKK portrays customers from the respective region on the last page.

The new concept is also intended to make the offering for corporate customers more visible within the magazine. According to the press release, this will be achieved by splitting the magazine into a customer magazine for private customers, "Clever", and a customer magazine for corporate customers, "Dossier". This increases the relevance of the magazine for the respective target group, says Ralf Ressmann, Managing Director of the agency Denon Allmedia Corporate Publishing. Ralf Ressmann points out that the texts are written by journalists: "As they have a different approach to the sometimes very complex insurance topics, they can explain them to customers more easily.
