Shop "subito" with Allaccess
Self-scanners have been available in nine Migros stores since September. Migros customers can now scan their own items while shopping. To ensure that this trial phase runs smoothly, more than 60 Allaccess promoters were on hand to assist Migros customers at the participating stores.
The promoters, who were trained in advance, were available to answer customers' questions about using the system for around nine weeks. The process of shopping with the self-scanner was explained to customers in detail.
Allaccess is part of the Y&R Group Switzerland.
