Metzgerlehner wins Paracelsus Hospital as a customer

Metzgerlehner won the Paracelsus Hospital as a client in a pitch. The agency has now launched a campaign promoting integrative medicine and fighting cancer.

With the opening up of the hospital market and the resulting free choice of hospital for patients, the new Hospital Act has introduced intercantonal competition between the individual hospitals. According to the agency, it is now vital for a hospital to differentiate itself from other hospitals - both in terms of its services and its communication. As a small acute hospital, Paracelsus Hospital Richterswil recognized these new competitive conditions early on and commissioned three agencies in a pitch to develop a new positioning and communication strategy for its conventional and complementary medical services.

Metzgerlehner came up with a convincing solution that focused on the special features of the hospital and in particular the integrative treatment of cancer. And because the Internet is the most important source of information for patients and their relatives after a cancer diagnosis, the focus of the measures was placed on this medium.
