A «peer» is someone who has personally experienced a similar heart condition and can speak from personal experience. The platform offers those affected the opportunity to connect with people who have gone through similar experiences and to receive support.
With its peer platform, the Swiss Heart Foundation is among the pioneers in Switzerland. At the same time, it demonstrates what can be achieved when measures are consistently developed based on the «Patient’s Voice.».
In keeping with the platform’s spirit, Madonna.studio developed the communication campaign in collaboration with a patient and the Swiss Heart Foundation.
