LZ takes over Calendaria
Acquisition: LZ Medien Holding has acquired Calendaria from Lediberg and Biella-Neher.
Takeover LZ Medien Holding has taken over Calendaria from Lediberg and Biella-Neher, the office supplies manufacturer Biella-Neher having previously sold its minority stake in Calendaria at the end of 2004. With the takeover of the Swiss market leader for picture calendars, the company location in Immensee and the 39 jobs will be retained.
