etextera

The text agency Etextera can look back on a pleasing 2015. Despite an adverse market environment, according to the press release, it succeeded in acquiring various new customers. The fact that the agency can nevertheless draw a positive conclusion for the year is mainly due to its sector diversification. The finance, pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors, among others, performed above expectations. This has made it possible to compensate for the slump in export-oriented companies.

New customers include: Swisscom (Switzerland), Jacobs Foundation, Gerama, Tellco Vorsorge, China-MedCare, Canarini Communications, Acrevis Bank, Creabeton Baustoff, Simon Keller and the Swiss Sports Aid Foundation.

The basis for the event concept is largely based on the successful edition in 2003, although the concepts will be developed further considerably. As an additional focus, the organizing committee is placing emphasis on sustainability and innovation. Visitors will benefit from a special service: Instead of a normal ticket, they will receive a "Skicard" with an integrated chip. On the one hand, this card gives ski fans access to the finish area; on the other hand, online ski tickets for mountain railroads in the Engadine can also be booked onto the Skicard. Thanks to the cooperation of the tourism organization and mountain railroads "Engadin St. Moritz Mountains" with Ticketcorner, the chip card will remain the key to Engadin skiing fun as well as door opener for various events even after the 2017 World Cup. For Wetzel, other advantages were decisive: "Ticketcorner offers us support in the organization and provides us with its sales and marketing channels for event marketing".

Business4you is new main agency of Stars of Sounds

business4you

The Biel-based marketing agency Business4you took over all marketing tasks for Stars of Sounds from Lyss at the beginning of December 2014. These range from a guerrilla poster campaign to a new key visual and sponsorship concept. The decisive factor for choosing Business4you was that the marketing agency offers all marketing disciplines from one source and has profound competences in the areas of project management, communication, creation and online marketing. The first measure for Stars of Sounds was already implemented by Business4you on the first weekend of December 2014 in a night-and-fog action: A guerrilla billboard at the Christmas market in Aarberg, with which the limited number of reduced Christmas tickets was pointed out. For this purpose, a web banner with the happy Christmas message was placed on the website, which was redesigned and updated in a very short time - just in time for the start of advance sales on December 10, 2014. In addition, Business4you developed a new key visual.

Subway new on the client list of Weber Harbeke Partners

weber-harbeke-partners

After an agency evaluation, Subway chose Weber Harbeke Partners as its Swiss communications partner. According to Subway Marketing Director Gordon Faehnrich, in addition to strategic and creative expertise, "the deep understanding of the day-to-day business of a franchise company" also led to the award of the budget. According to Faehnrich, Subway is "the fresh alternative in the fast food market". That's because what's special about the sandwiches, called "subs," is that they are prepared fresh individually in front of the clientele. Worldwide, Subway is the fast food chain with the most restaurants. In Switzerland, the franchise company is represented by 17 stores so far. And the trend is upward. Supertext translates Unispital-basel.ch

supertext_2

Following mandates from clients such as Klinik Hirslanden, Curaden International, Verein der Leitenden Spitalärzte der Schweiz (VLSS), aarReha Schinznach, Schweizerische Zahnärzte Gesellschaft and Medtronic, Supertext continues to expand its leadership in the Medical&Health sector: At the turn of the year, the University Hospital Basel decided that Supertext should carry out the translation of its website into English. This is in line with a development seen in hospitals that are among the leading centers in Switzerland with high internationally recognized standards: Namely, to appear linguistically in such a way as to address, attract and retain an increasingly international clientele. The strong position of the University Hospital's clinics in the Basel region and in the world has been built up over decades and is to be further secured. Also in communication.

John Philip Berry, web editor at Basel University Hospital: "We were looking for a language service provider with experience in our subject area. And one that offers us a handling system that enables the translation to be completed smoothly and quickly. Supertext's online order and distribution system serves us very well in this regard."

The striking building was designed by Ilg Santer Architects. It houses several lecture halls, various seminar rooms, the new computer center for the entire university, and laboratory and work spaces for 40 research groups. Scholtysik & Partner worked closely with the architects.
