Jeff becomes a member of Leading Swiss Agencies
Jeff Zürich will join Leading Swiss Agencies effective January 1. After more than 10 years of growth, the management team will also undergo a structural realignment and be reorganized with six members.
Jeff is a new member of Leading Swiss Agencies, the association of leading communications agencies in Switzerland, as of January 1, 2023. Michael Meyer, CEO and Managing Partner of Jeff, is very pleased about the admission to the LSA: "We have shared and lived the values of the LSA since our foundation. After more than 10 years of growth, we want to play a formative role in the industry by joining the LSA. We also want to increase our commitment to the training and development of new talent and talent."
Jeff has its roots in the digital and live marketing sector. In recent years, the range of services has been consistently expanded in order to be able to cover customers' needs holistically as a creative one-stop store. In addition to digital and live marketing, this includes campaigning, content creation and service & experience design. Long-standing clients include Red Bull, Feldschlösschen, Mercedes-Benz, Migros, Ikea, Swisscom, Roche and Swiss Life.
Adjustment in the management
As of January 1, the management will also be restructured in order to adapt to the changed requirements. Until now, the owner-managed agency with 54 employees was led by the four Managing Partners Michael Meyer, Linus Eidenbenz, David Barral and David Shilling. Agency founder Linus Eidenbenz and long-time Managing Partner David Barral are no longer part of the new management team. In the future, both will devote their full attention to the core business. Eidenbenz comments: "The demands on our management team have steadily increased due to our growth, so that it has become increasingly difficult to reconcile my role as a member of the management team with my need to continue implementing projects myself. The consistent expansion of our partnership and management team now allows David Barral and me to hand over our management role to other hands and to focus even more on consulting and implementing complex, creative projects from now on. We are both very much looking forward to this."
The six-member Executive Board will now lead the agency: Michael Meyer (CEO & Managing Partner), David Shilling (CFO & Managing Partner), Adrian Ryser (Head of HR & Managing Partner), Stefan Huggenberger (Head of Strategy & Innovation, Managing Partner), Kirstin Maclean (Co-COO & Managing Director) and Lena Koschek (Co-COO & Managing Director).
