High voltage: Day families recruited for the GFZ

The Hochspannung agency carried out a recruitment campaign for child care providers and host families on behalf of the Zurich Nonprofit Women's Association.

The Gemeinnützige Frauenverein Zürich has been offering professional daycare for children in Zurich daycare centers for over 125 years, as Hochspannung writes in a press release. For the past two years, the GFZ has also offered the option of placing children in daycare families on a daily basis. To ensure that there are always enough places for children, the Zurich agency Hochspannung was commissioned with a campaign. The target group is mothers who were previously in employment and are willing to open up their families to look after other children on a daily basis.

A series of unusual job advertisements developed a high level of excitement. With the invitation to consider a career as a childminder for once instead of the usual career in the business world, interested parties are drawn to the Website of the GFZ daycare center. The subjects developed for buzzwords such as "brainstorming" or "business lunch" translate common business slang into the world of children.
