Following a pitch, the tour operator Helvetic Tours has chosen Ruf Lanz, Zurich. The first results of the collaboration will be seen in January 2004. Helvetic Tours, a subsidiary of the Kuoni Group, was previously managed by Spillmann Felser Leo Burnett (SFLB). Only last August, Kuoni transferred both the budget of its parent brand and that of Helvetic Tours from AY&R to SFLB.
