More muscle and revenue: London Project, an advertising agency based in Munich and London, and Weber Hodel Schmid, an advertising agency in Zurich, are merging their operations.
More muscle and turnover: The advertising agency London Project, based in Munich and London, and the advertising agency Weber Hodel Schmid in Zurich are merging their businesses. "This will significantly increase the turnover of the WHS Group, and Media-Saturn Holding (Munich/Ingolstadt) will become one of WHS's most important clients," announces Reinhold Weber.The Chairman of the Board of Directors and CD will also be responsible for creation and strategy in the management of the new alliance. London Project founder Ali Uluileri will become a partner of WHS and, as CFO and Managing Director, will be responsible for finance, structures and the development of the group. Uluileri (34) studied Computer Science/BLW at the Technical University of Munich and was Head of Marketing for Saturn before founding For Sale GmbH in Munich and later the London Project Advertising Group. He lives in London.
Weber and Uluileri share the management of the newly formed group. As the third member of the management board, Ralph Hermann, the former head of communications at the Tages-Anzeiger, is appointed head of consulting and managing director of WHS Zurich. Yvonne Hodel is largely withdrawing from the operational business and will take on "higher-level tasks for the holding company" as a member of the Board of Directors. (pan)
