Markus Aeschbach, the CEO of Aeschbach Chocolatier AG.At the MarComSuisse Afterwork Forum, the location was already part of the experience - the ChocoDromo of Aeschbach Chocolatier AG in Root LU. In the three practice-oriented keynote speeches, the participants were given memorable suggestions and recipes for successful experience marketing. In the proven forum concept, the topic was also introduced at this afterwork event by three keynote speeches with practical relevance:Nirmala Alther, Head of Corporate Communications at Magazine zum Globus AG, showed impressively in her speech how the conversion of Globus Delicatessa on Bahnhofstrasse Zurich created authenticity and was able to positively influence the experience world. One of the key messages of her presentation was the recommendation to focus on offerings that make unique experiences visible and perceptible at first glance.for Pascale Neff, member of the management of Dubno AG, gourmet specialties should not only be reserved for star chefs. During her insight into the business-to-consumer concept for gourmets, the offer and the convincing solution of the delivery cycle (delivery by post early in the morning and free return of the packaging by the post office) were particularly interesting. In the third keynote speech, Markus Aeschbach, CEO of Aeschbach Chocolatier AG, showed how his company awakens and fulfills sweet dreams. In addition to the qualitative requirements of the fresh product range, the examples of emotional selling presented were convincing, and it became clear during the exciting discussion round that all those who asked questions also consider experience marketing to be important. Many of the questions asked showed that creating experiences and measuring their impact in practice is not that easy, and during the guided tour with Markus Aeschbach through the "ChocoDromo" experience exhibition, the participants received further experience impulses, coherent information and insights into the world of chocolate enjoyment.Inspired by the rich aperitif riche, further experiences were exchanged in groups, the speakers of the impulse presentations were asked additional questions and, last but not least, the chocolate creations of Aeschbacher Chocolatier AG were tasted during the dessert part. The result was a fine closing experience for the successful MarComSuisse forum.Next Forum MarcomSuisseThe next Afterwork Forum will take place on June 2, 2015 at 18.30h.
