The 35 employees of the content provider for TV program information have been given notice. On May 31, however, the board of directors will discuss alternatives, according to Tetzlaff. The chairman of the board is Beat Lauber, head of Ringier's new media division. EPS has been in existence for about two years and is a joint venture of Ringier, Swiss TXT, Pro 7, Bertelsmann and ZDF. It supplies media and websites of the partners with content. As they continue to rely on TV data, successor solutions are being examined. Tetzlaff did not want to comment on the reasons for the decision to discontinue (mk).
