Edipresse and Tamedia take over Homegate.ch

Internet The real estate platform Homegate.ch is to be gradually taken over by Edipresse and Tamedia, with the two publishing houses integrating their own real estate offerings into Homegate in return. In the first step, Zürcher Kantonalbank, the previous sole owner, will sell 14.5 percent to each of the publishers. PubliGroupe, previously a minority shareholder in Swissimo, is acquiring a 4 percent stake in Homegate. In a second phase from 2008, Edipresse and Tamedia are to acquire a majority stake.
