Edipresse acquires a stake in Swissfriends

Classified advertising market The Lausanne publishing house Edipresse is getting involved in the online contact platform Swissfriends.ch.It has acquired a minority stake in the operating company Comfriends SA. Edipresse intends to actively contribute to the development of Swissfriends in Switzerland and abroad. The existing partnership between the platform and Le Matin newspaper is to be expanded. "We are planning to launch a joint publication," Philippe Gendret, Directeur commercial of Edipresse Switzerland, told Le Temps.
