Econ Awards Corporate Communications 2010: The winners have been chosen
On November 18, 2010, the winners of the 2010 Econ Awards were announced in the Grand Ballroom of the Swissôtel in Berlin. Thirty-three best-practice examples in corporate communications were honored in the categories of image film, image publication, annual report, magazine, sustainability and CSR report, website/interactive, strategic corporate communications, and—new this year—social media.
There were six awards in the annual report category, including an online annual report. For the first time, a smartphone application also received an award. The new Social Media category was well received by participating companies, according to an Econ release. Trend-setting entries were submitted from the fields of fashion, lifestyle, culture, continuing education or business.
The most successful company was Bayer, which received an award in three categories. Scholz & Friends Agenda emerged from the competition as the most successful agency with three award-winning entries.
All winners and all shortlisted candidates can be viewed at Econ-awards.de. The winners and shortlisted candidates of the Econ Awards Corporate Communications 2010 are portrayed in detail in the Yearbook of Corporate Communications, Volume 04.
