Three-pole takes off
On Friday, Zurich-based interaction design agency Dreipol had two reasons to celebrate: "Dreipol into Space" was a toast to its four-year anniversary and its new location on Langstrasse.
Over 150 invited guests were part of a new chapter as passengers of the spaceship. "After four years, we have already grown to a team of 14 and have been able to further optimize our design and development processes," said Nino Cometti, Managing Director of Dreipol "An excellent team enables us to handle even complex projects in a lean and goal-oriented way. We are now 'ready for take-off'."
The three-pole astronaut ensured safe boarding.
Radio transmissions from Apollo 13 could be heard at the entrance area.
The project presentations also included an Oculus Rift version of the three-pole game "Shoggoth Rising" to test.
A Leap Motion installation allowed guests to transport their own planets into a digital solar system.
Dreipol was founded in 2010 by four ZHdK alumni and is one of the first interaction design agencies in Switzerland. For four years Dreipol has been conceptualizing, designing and programming web and mobile apps and offers interaction design consulting.
