Draftfcb/Lowe Group donates a smile for the Global Day of Giving
The global agency group Draftfcb organizes the Global Day of Giving every year. On October 7, 2011, this initiative will support children's organizations around the world.
Each country works with the local agency to develop its own creative fundraising campaign for an organization of its choice. In Switzerland, the Draftfcb/Lowe Group team is donating a smile for children. On a Facebook page specially created for the Global Day of Giving, donations can be made simply by text message.
All of the proceeds will go to the Theodora Foundation, which aims to make the stay of children in hospitals easier, the agency said in a press release. The foundation trains clowns specifically for this purpose, who tailor their performances to the young patients.
