Department sells the Germans electricity

The Zurich-based advertising agency Department has been entrusted by Aare-Tessin Ltd. for Electricity (Atel) with the positioning and communication of its German business. The energy group, headquartered in Olten, recently opened a new office in Düsseldorf and intends to step up its activities in Germany. Department's first task for Atel is to produce an acquisition mailing and a self-presentation for the German market. The target groups are municipal plants and industrial companies. The Zurich agency was awarded the contract without a pitch on the basis of recommendations, as co-owner Johannes Eisenhut said.
