Crafft: Customer magazine for ZKB
Working closely with the corporate communications department of Zürcher Kantonalbank, Crafft redesigned the content and layout of the bank’s customer magazine. «ZH» is published four times a year with a circulation of 55,000 copies in the Zurich metropolitan area.

The brief for the new concept was to create an image carrier for the bank on socially relevant topics with the customer magazine. The new name "ZH" expresses both the new orientation and the geographical reference of the topics. "With ZH, Zürcher Kantonalbank is underscoring its ties to the living and economic region of Zurich. The magazine is a key instrument for customer loyalty and offers readers relevant content with a high utility value," says Dagmar Laub, Head of Corporate Communications at Zürcher Kantonalbank.
Each issue of "ZH" has a focus that is presented from a wide variety of perspectives. In the current issue, the focus is on "Durchstarten" ("Getting started"): portraits of young Zurichers at the start of their careers, successful startups, innovative agriculture in the canton and an interview with the Director of Economic Affairs, Carmen Walker Späh, are just some of the articles that make up the focus. Fixed sections round off the 52-page magazine.
For the production of the magazine, the bank's corporate communications department and Crafft work together with selected journalists, photographers and illustrators from the canton of Zurich. "ZH" is also available as an online magazine.
