Christine Stähli becomes Head of Communications at the Federal Department of Justice and Police

Christine Stähli will become the new head of communications at the Federal Department of Justice and Police (FDJP). She will assume her position in early February.

This was announced by the FDJP on Friday, according to SDA. From May 2005 to the end of 2010, the 46-year-old headed the communications service of the Aargau cantonal government. Prior to that, she worked in communications for PR agencies and associations. Stähli succeeds Brigitte Hauser-Süess, who succeeded Federal Councillor Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf in the Department of Finance on November 1, 2010.
