Canal 3 launches people's share
Radio: Canal 3, Biel's local radio station, is offering listeners and partners the opportunity to purchase a stake in the company.
Radio Biel's local radio station Canal 3 is offering listeners and partners a stake in its capital: individuals and legal entities can acquire up to five registered shares of 30 francs each (nominal value 10 francs). Managing Director Marc Friedli told Werbewoche that the Board of Directors would have to decide the maximum number of shares to be distributed. He is assuming five to ten percent of the total holding of 20,000 shares.
