The current owners, led by investors Goldman Sachs, Apollo and Tower Brook Capital, have already had the IPO plans drawn up. They are aiming for proceeds of CHF 5.5 billion. Cablecom Head of Communications Stephan Howeg told Werbewoche: "No decision has been made yet, we are examining various options."
