André Rechlin and Denis Rätzel new at Brinkertlück, Theresa Gramckow becomes CD

The Brinkertlück agency has hired André Rechlin as Head of Strategy and Denis Rätzel as Executive Creative Director. Creative Theresa Gramckow, who has been with Brinkertlück since its founding, is now officially Creative Director.

The Brinkertlück agency, which operates in Germany and Switzerland, continues to grow after winning new business in Germany and Switzerland. Effective immediately, André Rechlin will join the agency as Head of Strategy and Denis Rätzel as Executive Creative Director at the Hamburg office. In addition, Theresa Gramckow will be promoted to Creative Director.

André Rechlin joins as Head of Strategy

André Rechlin learned his trade at Jung von Matt SPORTS - where he worked as a Strategy and Sponsoring Consultant at all levels up to Senior - before joining the Fundación Real Madrid Clinic. His previous clients include adidas, Allianz, Deutsche Kredit-Bank, Intersport, Mc Donald's and Volkswagen. The graduate business economist and business psychologist supports brinkertlück with his comprehensive know-how in the field of strategy. As a brand and sponsorship strategist, he has dealt with professional and amateur sports and developed holistic marketing strategies for associations, clubs, companies and athletes. In the future, the Head of Strategy will apply his expertise in sustainable brand management, from the brand story to the communication channels, at brinkertlück. ,At brinkertlück, not only challenging communication strategy tasks await me, but many topics are a matter of honor. Denis Rätzel joins as Executive Creative Director

The multi-award-winning creative acquired his sports expertise and flair for creative storytelling at his previous stations: Philipp und Keuntje, Jung von Matt Sports, Kolle Rebbe and Heimat Active, where he worked with clients such as adidas, DFB, DOSB, Borussia Dortmund, Hertha BSC, FC St. Pauli, Mercedes Benz and Netflix. "I'm really looking forward to working with Raphael, Andre, Leonie and Theresa, as well as a hungry team of excellent creatives, to make our clients even more successful thanks to effective creation," says Denis Rätzel about his new role, which for him is also a reunion with many colleagues.

Theresa Gramckow becomes Creative Director

As Creative Director, she will drive campaign design for new and existing clients in addition to her existing responsibilities. The creative, who has been with brinkertlück since the agency was founded, most recently developed the visual concept for the SPD's 2021 federal election campaign (Red in a world of Colours) and was primarily responsible for all moving image and photo productions in this role. In doing so, the award-winning creative draws on her brand and creative know-how, which she learned at DDB and Jung von Matt Sports. At JvM, she was responsible for operational implementation for the DOSB and Team D, among others. Her streaming idea for DKB at the 2017 Handball World Cup not only set livestream records on YouTube in Germany, but also earned DKB the "Sponsor of the Year" award.
