Schläfle Trittibach launches brand identity for Ferandini Cosmetics
The new cosmetics line Ferandini will be launched in Switzerland in 2021. Schläfle Trittibach was commissioned to create the corporate and packaging design as well as the website and web store.
The Ferandini brand embodies sophisticated skin care with a medical approach. The term "cosmeceuticals" refers to products between cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. The care line stands for trained and sophisticated skin care with active ingredients that contain a high proportion of plant-based ingredients.
Great importance was attached to uniqueness in the visual appearance. This was to be achieved firstly with an unmistakable figurative mark and secondly with an independent color scheme. The aim was to avoid coming close to well-known cosmetic products in terms of design and color. A geometric font with accentuated serifs was used for the product names in the packaging design. A small nuance that also makes the decisive difference here.
