New ownership structure and VRP at Evenjo
The live communications agency is now entirely under the leadership of its two managing partners, Flavio Baggenstos and Michel de Maddalena. Andrea Wucher is the new chair of the board of directors.
As of May 1, 2023, the two founding members and previous partners of Evenjo Flavio Baggenstos and Michel de Maddalena have taken over the shares completely and now each hold 50 percent of the company. This was the logical step after the agency was founded in 2017 with the support of Appalooza Productions and Furrerhugi, according to a statement.
Andrea Wucher has been recruited to succeed Carlo Bommes as Chairman of the Board of Directors. She is" an experienced entrepreneur, involved in various boards of directors and very well connected".
The agency for live communication from Bern supports clients such as Kinderschutz Schweiz, Swisscom, BKW, Mobiliar, Gurtenfestival, SOS Kinderdorf and Schweizer Jugend forscht.
