Kevin Casado, Delia Guerriero and Patrik Ferrarelli founded the Wecatch agency together in January 2024. The trio of founders were motivated by a common goal: to always strive for the better, discover new things and create a world that combines creativity, interdisciplinary and participatory work. "We want to have a positive impact on our customers and employees and create an inspiring environment where clients, creatives and a wide variety of people come together to develop the best possible product or solution," explains Managing Director Casado. Central to this is a holistic 360-degree mindset and openness to new approaches, technologies and collaborative working.

In the first few months since its foundation, the agency has already been able to support its first clients. The projects realized so far range from a smaller campaign and digital marketing to a complete digital rebranding and individual PR tasks.

"We catch emotions through communication"

After studying design, Kevin Casado trained in various areas such as corporate communication, brand management and strategic analysis, planning and competition. During his master's degree, he met Patrik Ferrarelli. Prior to Wecatch, he gained experience in various advertising and design agencies and most recently worked for seven years as co-owner of Sofies Kommunikationsdesign as part of the management team.

During his time at Sofies, Casado also got to know Delia Guerreiro, who - after training as a graphic designer - worked as a designer in various national and international agencies. Her last agency position was as Art Director at Sir Mary before she ventured into self-employment in 2020. Her experience ranges from brand design, classic and creative advertising to digital design, packaging and illustration. She recently graduated from Ad School.

Before studying visual communication at the ZHdK, Patrik Ferrarelli worked at the Institute for Virtual Production at ETH Zurich, where he was responsible for conception and design. During his studies, he supervised corporate design projects at Minddesign in London. After graduating, Ferrarelli founded Studio Visuelle Gestaltung, which carries out various design projects and consultancy mandates in the commercial and cultural sectors, as well as working at various interfaces with academic institutions. This was followed by a Master's degree in Design Entrepreneurship and various teaching assignments for the ZHdK, the DHBW Mediendesign Ravensburg and the GBSSG HF Visuelle Gestaltung in St. Gallen.
