JK Development currently employs 150 people and, according to its own information, is considered one of the leading providers of B2B telemarketing, inside sales and customer care services, as well as specialized company addresses and database services in Switzerland. JK Development has been active in Germany since 2018 and in Austria since 2021. The Thurgau-based company MarketingPoint was founded in 2003, specializes in new customer acquisition and currently employs 15 people, all of whom will be taken on.

The acquisition of MarketingPoint will allow JK Development to further deepen its portfolio, according to a joint statement. The synergies will enable an even broader range of services for customers.

JK Development and MarketingPoint will continue to operate under their own names and are expected to benefit from joint synergies from now on. The company owners of MarketingPoint will remain with the company until retirement and will leave in 2026.
