Merkle is a global technology, data and customer experience management company and part of Dentsu International. The full-service digital agency Namics became part of Merkle in November 2018 (Werbewoche.ch reported). Isobar Switzerland was created in 2017 from the Dentsu acquisition of Blue Infinity, a digital transformation and technology agency with offices in Switzerland and quality centers in Portugal and the Czech Republic. In 2019, the company became Isobar.

The merger and rebranding to Merkle will create a company with over 1,200 employees. The two organizations complement the expertise of Merkle's customer experience transformation offerings and are expected to provide additional scalability in business transformation strategy, digital consulting and technology implementation.
