Holding company takes over: USP Partner has a new partner structure

Marc Brunner has been the sole owner of USP Partner since its foundation in 2000. At the end of 2014, Dominik Nyffenegger took over the operational management as CEO from Marc Brunner. In order to pave the way for the further successful development of USP, the owner, CEO and Board of Directors decided to reorganize the ownership of USP Partner in a "management buyout". For this purpose, USP Holding was founded in June 2017, which acquired 100 percent of the shares of USP Partner from Marc Brunner.

Proven management team

The previous management team of USP Partner is involved in USP Holding: Dominik Nyffenegger, Christian Engeler, long-time member of the Board of Directors, and Marc Brunner. With this well-rehearsed team of three, USP aims to ensure a stable future and continued successful development for its clients as well as for employees and partner companies. The new management and partner structure has been as follows since June 2017: Dominik Nyffenegger (Chairman & CEO, Partner), Christian Engeler (Board of Directors, Partner) and Marc Brunner (Board of Directors, Partner).
