Hella Studio launches special stamp for the Summer Olympics
Kasper Kobel of Hella Studio has designed a commemorative stamp for Swiss Olympic and Swiss Post to mark the 2020 Summer Olympics (Twenty Twenty One) in Tokyo.
The brand image collages various sprinters in a finish line. The depiction of the athletes is based on the classic finish line photo and is intended to convey the themes of top performance, speed and excitement through alienation.
In addition to the stamp, various materials were created for collectors, from a miniature sheet relating to the venue to a vignette with a detail of image distortion and a stamp with running glyphs.
The special stamp has been issued since Thursday and, like the additional material, can be purchased at the Postshop be ordered.
