GFD FinanzKommunikation joins Team Farner Germany
With GFD FinanzKommunikation and in combination with already existing expertise of Kirchhoff Consult, Team Farner continues to strive for a leading position for ESG and Sustainability in Germany.
GFD FinanzKommunikation joins Team Farner Germany as the third agency alongside Komm.passion and Kirchhoff. With a focus on investor relations, public relations and sustainability, the consultancy has been offering in-depth strategic capital market expertise and ESG know-how for 25 years, particularly for listed companies, IPO candidates, asset managers, banks and fintechs. GFD also founded "Hedgework" almost 20 years ago, a platform for the exchange of ideas in the alternative investment scene in the heart of Frankfurt. Jasmin Dentz, Managing Director of GFD is excited: "It is a huge opportunity to offer our expertise in Team Farner in the future across Europe as part of an integrated advisory approach."
"Financial communication and sustainability are growing together ever more strongly, and ever faster. The issues are also of utmost importance beyond national borders due to their complex regulatory nature. With Team Farner, we advise all economic and political stakeholders relevant to these areas and support them both strategically and operationally," says Alexander Güttler, who as a member of the Team Farner Management Board is driving the expansion in Germany.
"Germany is a strategic core market for our expansion, and ESG and financial communications are two of Team Farner's growth areas. With GFD, another leading consultancy in this field joins the alliance of Team Farner agencies in Germany on our journey to form a new national champion. The journey continues with giant strides, and we are devoting a lot of energy to this topic in the coming months in other markets as well," says Roman Geiser, Executive Chairman of Team Farner.
The current Managing Partners of GFD, Jasmin Dentz, Peter Dietz, Joachim Althof and Uwe Lill, join Farner International as partners.
With 18 partner agencies and over 600 employees in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the UK and the Netherlands, Team Farner currently generates a fee volume of around 100 million euros per year. Further expansion steps are in preparation.
