Five young talents launched at Jung von Matt
Jung von Matt’s «Future Creative Leaders» talent development program kicked off its third edition in early September. Five young talents with diverse backgrounds will spend six months getting to know the agency group and its various disciplines. The program focuses on interdisciplinarity, creativity, and the exchange of experiences.

Jung von Matt's five new "Future Creative Leaders" dove into the agency world on September 1. As part of the young talent program, the young talents get to know the agency group and at the same time deepen their professional knowledge in an agency - be it as a copywriter at Jung von Matt Limmat, as a media strategist at Jung von Matt Impact, as a web expert at Jung von Matt Tech or as a budding consultant at Leap Partners.
What they all have in common is that they have no previous agency experience. The agency has taken this into account: "The program is designed to give people from very different backgrounds the opportunity to immerse themselves in the agency world and understand what goes on here and, above all, how the individual disciplines are connected. An unbiased view of the agency world can therefore only be an advantage," explains Nina Bieli, Chief People & Culture Officer at Jung von Matt.
These are the five new talents
Dennis Wegner, who speaks fluent Italian as well as German, gained his first marketing experience with larger Swiss companies.
According to Jung von Matt, Elena Zäch is the "best Momentum Ambassador since Jean-Remy von Matt". She worked as Future Creative Leader in communications for the canton of Zurich before the launch.
Jonathan Gruber brings with him experience in journalism and most recently completed his doctorate in communication studies at the University of Zurich.
Lukas Käch has devoted himself entirely to 3D and game art and accordingly studied not only computer science at the ETH, but also game art animation at the School of Audio Engineering Zurich.
Saskia Aebi, a native of Bern, is a trained mediamatic and worked in marketing for a large Swiss bank before joining Jung von Matt.
Starting in October, Horizont Swiss will feature monthly reports on the trainees' daily lives. From time to time, there will also be a few insights on Instagram.
