Farner International strengthens management with COO Alexander Güttler
Following a series of successful acquisitions and growth to approximately 100 million Swiss francs in revenue and 700 employees, Farner International is strengthening its team with Prof. Dr. Alexander Güttler in the new role of COO.
At the same time, Alexander Güttler will become deputy to Executive Chairman Roman Geiser and will be responsible for the internal structuring of the various units and their system integration. He will retain his responsibility for the German companies in the Leadership Team.
"We are delighted that Alexander is helping us in this important development phase to better bundle the diverse strengths of the agencies and ensure a dynamic system landscape," Geiser was quoted as saying in a press release on Tuesday.
Handover at Komm.passion
As a result, there will be changes at Komm.passion | Team Farner in Germany: Jelena Mirkovic and Frederic Bollhorst will take over the role of Alexander Güttler as Co-CEOs. He will continue to be available to Komm.passion in an advisory capacity. "We have been working together on a basis of trust for many years, so this step is almost a matter of course. I am sure that Jelena and Frederic will continue to strengthen and expand Komm.passion's performance," said Alexander Güttler on the handover. Frederic Bollhorst will also assume responsibility for IT development at Team Farner International.
