DWB in Lucerne and Wellmax in Zug are merging as of January 1, 2017. The aim of the merger is to optimize the online marketing offering for the existing and new clients of the two agencies. The DWB umbrella brand will be retained.

In order to meet the challenges of digitalization in online marketing, DWB from Lucerne positioned itself two years ago as a pure online marketing agency. Now it has found an important partner in Wellmax from Hünenberg ZG to develop sophisticated content for its own customers based on data collection, to distribute it via the relevant online channels and to precisely measure the success of digital campaigns, according to a statement on Monday.

Silvia Bilge has been entrusted with the management of the company. Wellmax contributes experience and know-how in the field of marketing analysis through its sister company AFO-Marketing.

After the merger, a team of 12 to 15 online specialists and communications consultants will look after existing and new customers. DWB's focus is primarily on SME customers who are facing particularly big challenges in online marketing in the context of digitization and who, at the same time, are looking here for their chance to survive in the face of aggressive competition.
