Diary of a Future CEO #4: Okay, bye!
In his column for Werbewoche.ch, Sven Würgler shares his experiences as a «Future CEO» at Jung von Matt. This time: Sven’s answers to the most frequently asked questions.

What does a CEO actually do all day?
Well, one day rarely looks like the other. But there are almost always a lot of meetings, a lot to talk about, and social events. What a CEO needs to be able to do above all: Keeping an overview, connecting the many touchpoints and not losing sight of the big issues despite all the input, opinions and thoughts.
My highlight of the last two months?
Difficult to say. Of course, in general, the insight into the CEO role and the Jung von Matt ecosystem. And the super many exciting conversations I had during this time #teamlove. And of course the finale: last week I was allowed to go to OMR with Roman. With 70'000 other people we made a pilgrimage to Hamburg. The crowds of people almost hit us, but it was totally impressive what OMR has become. And: Rumor has it that the Jung von Matt party on Tuesday night went wild.... But I don't want to spread rumors here.
And would I do it again?
Definitely! Yes! Now! This column marks the end of the two most instructive months of my life. And one thing is clear: I now know better what I don't know. And can only recommend to anyone and everyone who is considering it to apply next time. Historically, I have the feeling that a woman would not have a bad chance...
PS: Because I also get this question really often: No, unfortunately I can't stay with Jung von Matt, my job has already been filled by someone more capable (😉). For me, it's now back to my normal life. A bit in the lecture hall and a lot in my own company. But don't worry - the agency fever has definitely grabbed me. And there are still a few touchpoints with Jung von Matt.
