Beyonder GmbH becomes an AG as of July 1. At the same time, the company is withdrawing completely from traditional digital marketing and is consistently focusing on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for Swiss SMEs. Three new co-owners are on board: David Henzmann, Michael Kyburz and Raphael Pflugi.

Change of strategy with a signal effect

The transformation to a public limited company marks a clear strategic step. The marketing services - once the core business - will be transferred to Avarel Studios in September. For existing customers, only the contact person will change for the time being. "Marketing has been under pressure for many companies since coronavirus. Even more so since the advent of AI. We want to play an active role in shaping where the journey takes us," says Chris Beyeler, founder and owner.

The new management team now consists of five members: in addition to Chris Beyeler and Luca Conconi, David Henzmann, Michael Kyburz and Raphael Pfl ugi are joining as co-owners. "With David, Michael and Raphael, the three partners we were missing to take the next step are coming on board," continues Beyeler.

AI as the future of the consulting industry

The change to an AG is an expression of a more profound vision: Beyonder wants to strengthen the ability of SMEs to use AI independently and confidently - without permanent external dependencies. Former customer Avarel is taking over the marketing division, which creates synergies and strengthens both companies. "Chris and Luca have built up an enormous reputation and reach on the topic in a very short space of time, which is a real stroke of luck for us," says David Henzmann.

With the new focus, Beyonder is moving to a new location: from July 1, the AG will be domiciled in Gebenstorf. The association for artificial intelligence, KImpact, is also moving to this address.
