Berlin agency Kids launches in Zurich

Valentin Cheli and Nathalie Eggen run Kids in Zurich.

People are the heart of a company, especially in times of digitalization. After all, it is people who drive innovation and bring strategies to life. This requires a culture that allows exactly that. And this is where the international team of strategists, cultural designers, team builders and all-round creatives comes in. In concrete terms, this means that Kids develops tools, ideas and processes that make people more innovative and creative, teams more self-determined and effective and thus organizations more flexible and agile.

The story of Kids began five years ago at the Hyper Island digital business school in Stockholm. It was there that the four founders met and set up their own agency as their final project. "We grew up in cultures with overtime, strict hierarchies and chaotic structures and founded Kids to reinvent the way people work together," says Valentin Cheli, co-founder of Kids. The tools, ideas and processes are taught in the form of training sessions that are always based on the principle of Feel, Think, Learn.

The Kids team already works for a number of well-known clients in Switzerland, including Swisscom, Switzerland Tourism and APG. "We supported the Swisscom marketing team in its transformation from a traditional structure to an agile collaboration model and helped it to establish a new culture of collaboration that can have a long-term impact," says Nathalie Eggen, Head of the Zurich office.

The agency has just moved into premises at Freyastrasse 21, in the heart of Wiedikon. The Playground was designed to inspire teams and promote creative thinking. It has recently opened and is now available for use. Rent available.
