Publicis Lausanne and Zurich become Leo
Publicis Groupe is bringing the global creative network Leo Constellation to Switzerland. With creative hubs in Lausanne and Zurich and a team of more than 50 talented professionals, the network aims to combine global creative power with a local presence. Robert van den Heuvel and Samuel Wicki will lead the network.

The global creative network Leo Constellation is taking shape in Switzerland. Last year, Publicis Groupe merged the two agency brands Leo Burnett and Publicis Worldwide on a global level - now the Swiss hubs in Lausanne and Zurich are officially starting operations. According to the company, the team comprises more than 50 talents and is led by two Executive Creative Directors.
Hi × Ai: Human insight meets technology
At the heart of Leo Constellation's creative model is the principle of «Hi × Ai» - human insight multiplied by artificial intelligence. Specifically, the network says it relies on a deep understanding of people and how brands can be positively anchored in their lives - combined with technological and data-driven opportunities for scaling. The aim is to achieve faster, more personalized and more effective creativity for brands worldwide. Leo Constellation has over 15,000 employees in 90 markets worldwide and aims to connect talent, ideas and expertise at scale. The network has already been nominated for ten ’Agency of the Year« awards and has won more than 500 creative awards.
Two leaders for Leo Switzerland

Leo Constellation's Swiss presence will be led by Robert van den Heuvel in Lausanne and Samuel Wicki in Zurich. Robert van den Heuvel brings international experience from leading creative networks - including senior roles at Leo Burnett in Germany and Paris. As Executive Creative Director, he combines global creative leadership with a focus on innovation, including through his work with Avølve, a platform at the intersection of digital fashion, gaming and culture. «Switzerland is an extraordinary crossroads of different perspectives,» says van den Heuvel.
According to the press release, Samuel Wicki represents a new generation of creative leadership. He has experience from leading agencies in Switzerland and Germany - including Ingo, Thjnk and Jung von Matt - and has built a portfolio of work designed to work across markets and categories. His work has won awards at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, Eurobest and the Effies. «Leo Burnett spoke of curiosity about life in all its facets. That instinct to look further, to dig deeper, to stay really interested in the world - that's the creative culture I want to push. That's why I'm here,» says Wicki.
