Annex and Adisfaction merge
The media services provider Annex and the digital marketing agency Adisfaction are merging to form the agency Adisfaction-Annex, with the goal of jointly and strategically driving the growing convergence of digital and traditional media. Marco Pfister will become CEO of the agency, effective January 2022.

At Annex, after a good 25 years, the two owners - Ingrid Ziegler and Urs Bischof - will hand over the company to Marco Pfister, who has been a member of Annex's management since July 2020, as part of the succession plan effective January 1, 2022. Ziegler and Bischof will remain active in the company, according to a communiqué from the two agencies.
On the part of Adisfaction, Managing Director Sonam Wieland has decided to leave the agency in order to pursue new professional goals independently. Martin Caduff, COO and Partner of Adisfaction, and Marco Pfister now want to strategically realign the organizations and further strengthen them for the future: "With the advancing fusion of digital and traditional media and the generally increasing complexity in digital marketing, we see two trends in our industry in which we want to actively accompany and support our customers," Marco Pfister is quoted as saying in the press release.
The merger makes it possible to bundle the specific expertise from both companies and thus to link ideally coordinated, cross-media campaigns with a holistic digital strategy and implement them efficiently, the statement continues. Marco Pfister will assume the CEO position in the new organization and, together with Martin Caduff as COO, will run the new agency under the name of Adisfaction-Annex manage. In organizational terms, the merger will take effect on January 1, 2022.
"Even as a merged company, we remain completely independent as well as owner-managed and stand for individual and neutral advice," Martin Caduff elaborates.
