The Compass Group is responsible for the catering in the central area behind passport control and is setting up five different establishments, from a bar and pizzeria to a hamburger grill. The company is being advised by St. Gallen-based BPR Communications. BPR provides public relations and marketing support, organizes events and also designs the signage, decorative elements and uniforms for the restaurants.
