Grand Prix for "The Good Life

According to ADC Switzerland, a Grand Prix is only awarded if a Gold work "shines a little bit more than the others, if it is a little bit more moving, to the point, entertaining and relevant". For President Thomas Wildberger, the history of the impoverished grand dame of Denner simply perfectly realized from the first to the last frame: "The idea, the storytelling, the craft and not least the music are coherent down to the last detail and the entire film is an outstanding work that never stops being fun to watch, even after several viewings." "The Good Life" by Thjnk Zurich for Denner therefore wins gold in the Film - TV/Long Formats category as well as this year's Grand Prix.

Gold was also awarded for the work "The Flipcode Mystery" by Sir Mary for Samsung in the Digital Interactive Promotions category. "Samsung's Tschugger crossover sets nothing less than new standards in the Interactive Promotions category," says Wildberger. "The dovetailing of online and linear TV, social content and scavenger hunt was fun to take part in - and then also to judge."

Another gold cube was awarded to Freitag in the Spatial Experience category. With the anniversary campaign "30 years of Freitag: Thursday Weeks", the bag manufacturer took aim at Migros. In the 1990s, Migros copied the cult Freitag bags and called them Donnerstag. For the company's anniversary, the tables were turned in an original way and a homage to the copy was created: "By turning the Freitag Tower into the Donnerstag Tower and disguising it as Migros, Freitag demonstrated a sense of humor and a great deal of creativity. That was gold for us in the Promotion & Spatial Experience category," explains Wildberger.

Gold and ADCESG Award for Islam Alijaj and Team Farner

When ADC cubes are awarded, political advertising is not the first thing that comes to mind. With the support of "Giving a Voice to the unheard", SP politician Islam Alijaj makes it into the National Council in October 2023. For this strong campaign implementation, Team Farner was awarded the special prize for Gamechanger, the ADCESG Award, as well as Gold in the Creative Effectiveness category. "Islam Alijaj didn't really stand a chance. He started the National Council elections from a hopeless 11th place on the list, has a speech impediment and is in a wheelchair. He made it into the upper chamber with his candidacy at the first attempt. An outstanding achievement, both by Islam and Team Farner," summarizes Thomas Wildberger.

"Voll das Leben" from Digitec Galaxus is an evergreen

The evergreen must also inspire the ADC jury in the long term, namely over several years. The "Voll das Leben" campaign by Galaxus, which has guaranteed ADC cube wins for many years, was honored as a complete work. It is also among the silver winners again this year.
